APPLICATION FORM


The administrative fee can be paid in cash (only personally - do not send money together with application!) or by bank transfer.


Applications are possible in person, through travel/visa services, by regular mail, or express courier.

For submitting applications in person it is not necessary to make an appointment.

Submit all documents required and the passport. If by any reason the passport cannot be delivered with the application, it is necessary to submit a colour photocopy of the main page of the passport,(containing holder's data and picture, number of the passport, date of issuance, date of expiry) in its original size . The original passport can be submitted later for the issuance of the visa.

The passport must have at least 3 blank pages for the issuance of the visa.

Do not staple documents together.

Do not cut any pages of documents to be submitted.

Copies of the passport pages must be scanned in their original size in B/W and be printed on a A4 sheet.

Print each page of forms or documents separately on single pages, do not print on both sides of the paper.

Print application form in its original size (A4 sheet).

Attach picture to application form.

If applying by e-mail, documents must be scanned in high resolution and colour, and be saved in JPEG format. Original documents must be submitted by courier, mail or personally on the date of issuance of the visa.

When scanning passport pages, please select the exact area of the passport page.

Once the visa is authorized, applicant will be informed by e-mail.

Extension of stay (visa renewal): renewable successively until the conclusion of proceedings which have been the reason for its granting.

Administrative fee: EUR 200,00 (payment in advance).

The Residence permit visa does not allow its holder to establish residence in Angola.

Special requirement for companion/family members of the granted visa must not exceed the time limit of the visa granted to the holder of a Study Visa, Visa for Medical Treatment, Privileged Visa, Work Visa.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All documents in foreign languages must be translated into Portuguese (excepted are Passport, International Health Certificate, flight and hotel reservation; Austrian Certificate of residence) and previously authenticated by the local authorities (in Austria: Provincial Tribunals "Landesgerichte" and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Legalisierungsbüro; in Croatia and Slovenia: Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Length of authorized stay: 180 days.

Extension of stay (visa renewal): in well-founded cases, renewable successively for the same period of time until completion of medical treatment.
